It's always interesting to see what humankind looks like in the absence of electricity and all of the things that need it to work.

I had no drinking water for a week because my building's pump is electric. This made things hard, but luckily there was power uptown. The worst part was riding my bike downtown at night with no traffic lights. People forgot how to drive safely.
